Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been executed electronically between the parties below:

Real or legal person who purchases tour services through the multiculturaltravel.com website.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of tour services purchased electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 – DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The BUYER purchases the tour service selected from the SELLER’s website within the scope of the conditions and content specified on the relevant tour page.

Details of each tour, including included and excluded services and pricing information, are clearly stated on the respective tour description page.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

- All prices on the website are displayed in Euro (€) and Turkish Lira (TRY).

- Payments are collected based on the current exchange rate of Euro at the time of payment as the equivalent in Turkish Lira (TRY).

- To confirm the reservation, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

- Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods specified on the booking platform.

- All payment transactions are carried out through secure and encrypted systems.

- After successfully completing the payment process, a confirmation email containing the tour details and payment information will be sent to the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 – INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED SERVICES

- Services included in the tour price are clearly stated on each tour page.

- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following items are not included in the tour price:

ARTICLE 6 – CHILD POLICY

- Children aged 0-3 can participate in tours free of charge.

- For children aged 3 and over, unless otherwise specified, the standard adult price will apply.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

- According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts; services related to tourism, accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage provision, and entertainment activities that are to be performed on a specific date or period are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.

- Therefore, purchased tour services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated separately under the title "Cancellation and Refund Policy".

ARTICLE 8 – SELLER'S RIGHT TO CHANGE SERVICES

SELLER reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to the situations mentioned below:

In such cases, the BUYER will be offered a full refund or an equivalent alternative tour or date option.

ARTICLE 9 – BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

ARTICLE 10 – DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY

All personal data collected during the reservation process is processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the SELLER's Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In any disputes arising from the Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12 – ACCEPTANCE

By completing the reservation and payment process on the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
